Is this a fit?

Who supervises well here.

You'll thrive here if

This sounds like the kind of year you want.

  • You're an associate working toward LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC licensure
  • You want substantial child & adolescent experience
  • You're curious about trauma-focused work (ART, EMDR)
  • You want a collaborative, growth-oriented supervisor — not a gatekeeper
  • You can commit to weekly individual + group supervision
Might not be the best fit if

This may not be your year here.

  • You're looking for an adult-only caseload
  • You can't be on-site in Park City part of each week
  • You're seeking purely administrative sign-off (we go deeper than that)
  • You're not yet ready to see clients independently with supervision

Supervision in our practice is collaborative, anti-oppressive, and growth-oriented. We welcome supervisees of all identities and backgrounds, fostering an environment where authentic therapeutic relationships can flourish.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What licensure tracks do you supervise?
Primarily LMFT-track associates in Utah, with LCSW and LCMHC tracks considered case-by-case. Confirm specifics during the info-session.
Is this paid?
Yes — choose between an optional stipend structure and a sliding-scale fee-split. We'll walk through both in the info-session.
How are hours tracked?
Hour tracking and DOPL/BBS compliance is built into our workflow — you won't be reconstructing logs at the end of the year.
What does the application process look like?
A short written application (under 10 minutes), a 30-minute video interview, and a brief case-discussion conversation. Decisions within two weeks of the final interview.
