How I approach ADHD

Three things to know up front.

01 · The premise

ADHD affects everyone differently.

Successful management requires individualized strategies. My Park City practice focuses on building executive function skills, improving attention and focus, and developing behavioral management techniques that work with your unique ADHD brain.

02 · What we actually do

Whatever's getting in the way, we work with.

Whether you're struggling with time management, organization, emotional regulation, or attention difficulties, I provide practical, evidence-based coaching that helps you thrive.

03 · Where

Pinebrook office or telehealth.

Sessions are available both in-person in Park City and via secure telehealth.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How does ADHD coaching differ from traditional therapy?
Therapy explores the “why,” coaching builds the “how.” We focus on skills, systems, and follow-through — with check-ins on what worked between sessions. When emotional regulation or self-esteem needs attention, therapy work folds in.
Do you work with adults with ADHD as well as children?
Yes — kids ages 6–12, teens 13–18, and adults. Late-diagnosis adult work is a particular interest.
Do you take insurance?
Yes — Aetna, Cigna, and Regence BCBS through Headway. See full insurance details →
